ComplyDesk is operated by ComplyDesk Limited ("ComplyDesk", "we", "our", or "us").

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ComplyDesk.
  • You must have the legal authority to act on behalf of a business where applicable.
  • By using the Services, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Scope of Services

ComplyDesk provides a digital platform that facilitates:

  • AI-assisted document analysis and validation
  • Workflow management for tax compliance services
  • Professional review by tax consultants and ICAN-certified accountants
  • Preparation of tax filings and related documentation

ComplyDesk does not provide legal advice. Final tax submissions are completed based on information provided by users and professional reviewers.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Ensuring accuracy of all submitted documents and information
  • Promptly updating information when changes occur
  • All activities conducted through their account

ComplyDesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Professional Review & Limitations

  • Tax preparation and review services are performed by qualified professionals.
  • ComplyDesk does not guarantee acceptance or approval of filings by FIRS or any tax authority.
  • Users remain responsible for the completeness and accuracy of their submissions.

5. Fees, Pricing & Payments

  • Fees are disclosed prior to service confirmation.
  • Pricing may be based on service type, business turnover, or subscription plans.
  • All payments must be made through approved payment channels.

Fees are non-refundable once professional review or processing has commenced, except where required by law.

6. Turnaround Time

While ComplyDesk aims to provide efficient service delivery, processing timelines are subject to:

  • Completeness of user-provided documents
  • Regulatory system availability
  • Professional review requirements

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of ComplyDesk is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to data processing as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, workflows, trademarks, and materials are owned by ComplyDesk or its licensors.

Users may not:

  • Copy or reverse-engineer the platform
  • Use ComplyDesk branding without authorization
  • Reproduce proprietary workflows or AI models

9. Acceptable Use

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and where unresolved, through arbitration in Nigeria.

15. Changes to These Terms

ComplyDesk may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
